Correspondence reaches the publisher by email or post. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would collect personal information the publisher has no need to hold.

What can be answered here

• Corrections to anything published on this site — the most useful message names the page and quotes the sentence.
• Questions about how the site is funded, how coverage is decided, or the commercial arrangement disclosed on the disclosure page.
• Privacy enquiries and requests under the Australian Privacy Principles, handled as described in the privacy policy.
• Requests to remove or amend a link where a source has moved or a page no longer says what it is cited for.

What cannot be answered here

This site does not sell software and holds no access to any vendor's customer accounts. Questions about a subscription, a charge, a refund or a cancellation must go to the vendor that billed it, or to the app store that processed the purchase — the page on subscription terms sets out which route applies and what rights attach to it under the Australian Consumer Law.

Technical support for a device or a product is likewise outside what this site can provide. Readers dealing with a scam or a suspected compromise will be better served by Scamwatch and the ACSC's report and recover service, both of which are free and staffed for exactly that purpose.

What happens to an email sent here

An email is read by the publisher and kept only as long as the matter it concerns requires, and no longer than 24 months. It is not added to any mailing list, because none exists, and it is not shared with any security software vendor or advertising partner. The privacy policy describes this in full, including how to ask for a copy of correspondence held, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.

Replies are sent as promptly as the subject allows. Corrections to matters of fact are prioritised over general correspondence.
